Refund Policy
HYGGEHOMEY PROVIDES AN ONLINE PLATFORM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONNECT WITH AND PURCHASE PROPERTY STAGING SERVICES, ONLINE OR DIRECTLY WITH STAFF OF HYGGEHOMEY. THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONSTITUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND HYGGEHOMEY, AND YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR PLATFORM AND SERVICES.
THESE ARE OUR CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR:
Home Staging Services
1) Upon confirmation of a staging period, be it ONE, TWO MONTHS OR LONGER, FULL PAYMENT of the staging amount is compulsory.
2) Please note that there shall be no refund should there be a cancellation upon confirmation.
3) Our sets are designed as-is and so there is no exchange of any furniture, wall art or mirror upon delivery unless there is a damage incurred by our team during delivery.
4 )In the event of damaged items due to our handling, repair or replacement will be made accordingly, depending on availability of current or next time slot of our team.
5) Any exchange and its delivery/collection date and time will be communicated with our personnel for availability and confirmation.
Long-term and Short-term Services
1) Upon confirmation of a rental/staging period, be it THREE MONTHS OR LONGER, FULL AMOUNT MUST BE AGREED UPON AND IT WILL BE LEGAL BOUNDING.
2) As such, there shall be no refund of deposit should there be an early termination of subsequent months’ staging period after move-in and The Client is to borne the FULL AMOUNT PAYABLE, as stated in the invoice agreement.
3) Upon confirmation of start of staging period, there shall be no refund of deposit should there be a cancellation. Depending on the date of cancellation made (before move-in), a minimum of equivalent to ONE month's worth of staging period is also PAYABLE.
4) Our furniture and home accessories are designed as-is and so there is no exchange of any furniture, wall art or mirror upon delivery unless there is a damage incurred by our team during delivery.

Design and Purchase Services
1) Any item that requires return and/or exchange are to adhere to the RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES of the shops, both online and in-stores, at where items are procured.
2) Any cancellation of services are non-refundable upon confirmation. Furthermore, any balance payment due, as stated in payment terms of invoice, are to be paid immediately and in full upon cancellation.
